Steps to Apply Epoxy

Surface Grinding

Grind the concrete surface to remove stains and impurities, open pores for primer penetration, and repair any cracks or voids.

Step 01

Epoxy Primer

Apply a two-component epoxy primer to seal the base and improve adhesion. For damp surfaces, use a water-based or moisture-resistant primer.

Step 02

Epoxy Mortar Layer (Middle Coat)

Apply epoxy mortar mixed with quartz sand or talc, level with a trowel, then grind after drying to smooth and strengthen the floor.

Step 03

Topcoat Application

Choose topcoat based on system: roll 2–3 coats for epoxy, trowel 2–3mm self-leveling epoxy, or add copper tape and conductive coatings for anti-static floors.
